At Nevaeh Intimates, we design pieces meant to feel exceptional from the moment you receive them. If your order isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges under the following guidelines.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original order date.
To qualify, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
Returned in original packaging
All tags attached
Free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
For hygienic and operational reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Select panties and intimate bottoms
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
Promotional or complimentary items
All returns must be authorized in advance.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please email:
Include the following information:
Full Name
Invoice Number
Item Description and Style Number
Quantity
Reason for Return
Reason codes:
S — Size
C — Color
F — Fit
NFM — Not For Me
Requests missing required information may not be processed.
Once approved, you will receive:
Your RMA number
A return form
The return address
A shipping label
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Refunds: $11 return shipping fee deducted from refund
Exchanges or Store Credit: Return shipping provided at no cost
Return shipping is a flat rate of $75. In some destinations where shipping costs exceed this amount, additional fees may apply.
Duties & Taxes: Customer responsibility
Exchanges: Currently unavailable for international orders, including Canada.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, the return will be processed as store credit.
Store credits:
Are valid for 24 months from the date issued
Can be redeemed online at nevaehintimates.com
Cannot be converted to cash or transferred
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns containing five (5) or more items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Nevaeh Intimates reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Once your return is received:
Allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund, exchange, or store credit has been completed
If your refund does not appear within 4 business days of confirmation, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
For your protection, we recommend using traceable shipping services when returning items.
Please note:
Nevaeh Intimates is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
Refused packages or undeliverable shipments will be issued store credit minus shipping costs
If reshipment is required, all additional shipping fees and duties are the customer's responsibility
If a product is temporarily unavailable but expected to return, customers may request a backorder by contacting:
For approved backorders:
An estimated restock date will be provided
Customers will receive updates regarding any delays or changes
Payment will not be processed until the item is ready to ship
Backorders are fulfilled in the order received and subject to availability upon restock.
