At Nevaeh Intimates, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original order date. All returned items must meet the following conditions:
· Unused, unworn, and unwashed
· In original packaging with all tags attached
· Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Specific Panties (for hygienic reasons)
· Clearance or sale items
· Gift cards and promotional items
All returns must be authorized in advance. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), email info@nevaehintimates.com with the following details:
· Full Name
· Invoice Number
· Item Description and Style Number
· Quantity
· Reason for Return
o S = Size
o C = Color
o F = Fit
o NFM = Not For Me
Requests missing required information will not be processed. Once approved, we will send the RMA number, return form, return address, and a shipping label.
· Refunds: $11 return shipping fee applies.
· Store Credit or Exchange: Return shipping is free.
· Option Flat Rate Return Shipping: $75.00
· Duties/Taxes: All customs, duties, or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
· Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer exchanges on international orders (including Canada, Puerto Rico, APOs, and PO boxes).
Exchanges are accepted based on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Store credits are valid for 24 months from the date of issue and can be used online at any time.
· Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
· Please allow up to 10 business days after return receipt for inspection and processing.
· Shipping fees are non-refundable.
· Returns of five or more items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Nevaeh reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
· After receiving your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
· A confirmation email will be sent once your refund, store credit, or exchange has been completed.
· If you do not receive your refund within 4 business days of confirmation, check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.
· We recommend using traceable shipping methods for returns.
· Nevaeh is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
· If a package is refused or returned, a credit will be issued minus shipping costs.
· If reshipment is required, customers are responsible for all shipping fees and any additional customs or duties.
If an item is listed as out of stock but is expected to become available again, customers may request an advance order by contacting us at sales@nevaehintimates.com.
· We will provide estimated restock dates and update you on any changes or delays.
· You will not be charged until the item is ready to ship.
· Backorders are fulfilled in the order they are received and subject to availability at the time of restock.
