Returns & Exchanges
We would like you to fall in love with your choice of lingerie style/s. If the delivered boudoir garment does not match with your expectations you have the right to return your order provided you give us a written notice within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing, stating your full name and order ID as subject reference to email@example.com and request a RAN (Returns Authorization Number). For faster processing please write your RAN # on the outside of your return packaging.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn/unused condition, with the original label, brand tags, hygiene stickers for bodysuits attached along with the original packaging. Please note, shipping costs for returns are for the customer unless it’s an exchange or received the wrong item.
We do not accept any lingerie-items that have been worn, damaged, or are in a soiled condition. Ensure that playsuits and briefs are tried on over your own knickers.
Returns are possible within 14 days after their delivery. Once your return request is submitted, it will be reviewed for approval. Once your return is received, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. We will send you an email confirmation once we have processed your return meeting the conditions listed. If items are not returned under the above conditions a return/exchange will not be issued.
If you’d like to exchange for another item, you may do so however pieces are subject to stock availability being as we cut limited pieces at a time.
Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling on your order(s). In the event that we do not have your requested exchange size in stock, we will issue you a Store Credit. Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. The amount of your Store Credit will include the purchase price and taxes paid for item(s) returned. Store Credit does not include the shipping you paid at the time of the order.
Store Credits are valued for two years from the date issued. If the value of the credit is greater than the total cost of a new transaction, the outstanding credit will remain on the gift note for future redemption.

A prepaid label and complete instructions will be emailed to you. Please, follow the above requirements for return requirements and place a new order
If you wish to arrange a return yourself, please ensure that you use a tracked and signed for service, with a courier or a registered postal service to send back the goods. We suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt.
If you have paid via Paypal, any transactional charges that might apply will not be refunded as these charges are levied by Paypal and not Nevaeh.
* Approved refunds can only be credited and refunded to the original credit card that was used for purchase once the return has been processed. In addition, a 15% restocking fee will apply to returns of 3 items or more.
*Nevaeh reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet all of the above requirements.
Canada & International:
We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses and PO Box Addresses. We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders. Please obtain tracking for your records.
Only exchanges (for a different size) or returns for store credit are accepted within 22 days of the delivery date. International orders cannot be returned for a refund. All exchanged items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Please note that Neveah’s prices do not include custom duties and additional charges that may be levied by your local tax office. Should you fail to clear the order through local customs and pay the relevant duties the goods will be returned to Nevaeh and a refund less the costs of returning the goods (shipping plus any associated duties) to Nevaeh will be automatically made to the card used to purchase the order upon receipt of the goods. We will issue you with a refund for your order excluding shipping costs and any associated duties charged to Nevaeh.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Should you opt for a store credit, you will receive an email confirming the amount of credit you have with Nevaeh. The credit is valid for a total of 24 months from the date of receipt. If the value of the credit is greater than the total cost of a new transaction, the outstanding credit will remain for future redemption.
Nevaeh reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange should these terms not be met.
Nevaeh reserves the right to make changes to this policy, notably in line with any revised legislation. Please check back from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of our brands website will signify your acceptance of these changes.
